Costain's joint venture with MWH Treatment (CMDP) secures £65m contracts from Southern Water, running till late 2025. The projects involve improving local water supply resilience and upgrading wastewater treatment facilities at Testwood near Southampton and Burham in Kent. Both sites will undergo renovation, refurbishment, and expansion to manage rising water demands and wastewater volumes.
