Celtics' Kristaps Porzingis will undergo surgery on his left leg, ruled out for Latvia's 2024 Summer Olympics, and expected to return to the Boston Celtics next season. The surgery recovery time precludes Porzingis from competing at a consistent level required for Olympic competition. The injury, a torn medial retinaculum and dislocated posterior tibialis tendon, occurred in Game 2 of the NBA Finals.
