18-year-old Kaylee Ogea, a Robert Morris University rowing team member and ROTC cadet, was killed in a car crash in Washington County early Sunday morning. Ogea, originally from North Carolina, lost control of her vehicle and rolled over, according to a coroner's report. The university president, Dr. Michelle Patrick, expressed her condolences and offered counseling services for students and employees.
