12-year-old boy's death at North Carolina's Trails Carolina wilderness therapy camp ruled a homicide by asphyxiation due to smothering. The autopsy revealed the boy had anxiety, ADHD, and migraines, and he was placed in a restricted sleeping area which led to his death. This is the second death at the camp in a decade, and the NC Department of Health and Human Services has revoked its license.
