Wolfspeed's Mohawk Valley silicon carbide fab in New York reaches 20% wafer start utilization.

Wolfspeed's Mohawk Valley silicon carbide fab in New York achieves 20% wafer start utilization, a key milestone. Despite an equipment incident at the Durham facility causing a temporary capacity reduction, Wolfspeed does not expect any impact on Q4 revenue, anticipating it to range from $185M to $215M. The company's John Palmour Manufacturing Center is on schedule for crystal qualification by early August 2024 and plans to deliver wafers to Mohawk Valley by summer 2025.
