WestKam Gold Corp. has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire Ameranium Resources Corp.'s Powerline One Project in Utah, covering 2,649 acres in Grand County. The project, situated within the Colorado Plateau, a prolific uranium mining region in the U.S., has produced over 328 million pounds of uranium since the 1950s. The required environmental surveys have been completed, and drilling permits issued by the United States Bureau of Land Management. Drilling and mining can be conducted year-round.
