US to send $150m more in munitions to Ukraine amid Russia's accusations of attacks inside Russia.

This comes after Russia seized Crimea from Ukraine in 2014 and the Pentagon announced that Ukraine's military is now allowed to use longer-range missiles provided by the US to strike targets inside Russia in self-defense.
