Stoney Trail, southbound between McKnight Blvd NE and Airport Trail NE, is closed for several hours due to a serious injury collision involving a pedestrian early Tuesday morning. The closure is expected to remain in effect until late afternoon. Calgary Police Service's Collision Reconstruction Unit is on site investigating the incident. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
