Roanoke police and US Marshal's Office arrested Kyriq Rasheed Seabrooks for the second-degree murder of Dontae R. Muse, who was found with a fatal gunshot wound on June 13th. Seabrooks was taken to the Roanoke City Adult Detention Center without bond. The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is asked to call (540)344-8500.
