2023 report: NSW Crime Commission finds increased use of tracking devices by domestic violence offenders.

Domestic violence offenders are increasingly using tracking devices to harass and intimidate victims, with a report from the NSW Crime Commission finding a sharp rise in the use of trackers among offenders and organized crime networks.
