A second legal challenge has been launched against the planned BusConnects route between Blackrock and Dublin city centre, with an association of businesses, a community group, and individuals seeking to overturn An Bord Pleanála's approval of the 8.3km project and quash its compulsory purchase order. The National Transport Authority seeks 12 dedicated bus lanes for the capital's flagship bus project, with four routes already approved.
