A Kansas City police officer and a driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries in a crash involving a police vehicle on June 24 at 57th Street and Woodland. A marked police Ford Explorer was northbound when a white Mitsubishi Endeavor, failing to stop at a stop sign, collided with the police SUV. The Mitsubishi driver was hospitalized, while the officer did not require hospitalization.
