Journalist Antoinette Lattouf's unfair dismissal claim against the ABC will go to trial after mediation talks failed. Lattouf was dismissed three days into a five-day casual contract as a presenter on ABC Radio Sydney in December after sharing a Human Rights Watch post on her Instagram. Lattouf claims her dismissal was unjust and that ABC breached its employee enterprise agreement. The case will be heard in the federal court.
