Fire at Safdarjung Hospital's old emergency building, store room involved; no casualties; cause under investigation.
A fire broke out at the old emergency building of Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi on Tuesday. The fire was reported at around 10:40 am and was located in the store room. Seven fire tenders were deployed to contain the fire, and a nurse who was trapped on the third floor was safely rescued. The fire department reported no casualties, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
