Duxton Farms sells NSW property for $70m, investing in NT cotton production.

SA-based Duxton Farms has shifted its focus from "risky" grain plantings in NSW to invest in the Northern Territory's cotton boom. The ASX-listed company completed the $70m sale of its Timberscombe property in southern NSW and plans to use the funds to reduce debt, pay shareholders, and invest in new growth opportunities in Australian agriculture, including the NT's cotton production.
