Chattanooga Fire Department's Blue Shift responded to a Highland Park house fire on Monday. At 9:46 p.m., they found the back of a home on the 1500 block of E 14th Street engulfed in flames. Firefighters attacked the fire from different sides, searched the house, and quickly knocked down the flames and ventilated the house. No one was home at the time of the fire, and the cause is under investigation.
