Two men, aged 23 and 24, have been arrested and charged in connection to a fatal crash in Glasgow involving an off-road motorcycle and a 79-year-old pedestrian. The victim, David Gow, died at the scene of the incident on Balmore Road in February 2023. The two suspects were released on an undertaking to appear in court at a later date, and a report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
