Wisconsin judge set to consider allowing people with disabilities to vote electronically from home in the November election. Disability Rights Wisconsin, the League of Women Voters, and four disabled individuals filed a lawsuit in April demanding electronic absentee ballots for disabled voters. Dane County Circuit Judge Everett Mitchell is scheduled to hear the case. The plaintiffs argue that many disabled people cannot cast paper ballots.
