Waterford library receives $1.5m upgrade for expansion and accessibility improvements.
Waterford library to receive $1.2m upgrade to meet growing community needs. Norfolk council approved an additional $330K for the project, set to begin in late summer or early fall. Tillsonburg-based PK Construction Inc. will complete the work, which includes a 450 sq ft expansion of the 6,600 sq ft library established in 1990. The public washroom will also be upgraded to meet accessibility requirements.
