Minnesota's Twin Cities Pride Festival introduces sensory support teams and quiet zones to accommodate event-goers with sensory sensitivities. The roving teams provide fidget toys and earplugs, while quiet zones offer stress balls, weighted lap pads, and inflatable hammocks. These accommodations have allowed more people with autism, ADHD, and other sensory sensitivities to enjoy the festivities without feeling overwhelmed.
