Krisumi Corporation plans to invest Rs 2000 crore in Gurugram's Krisumi City Phase 3 & 4, adding 1051 luxury units across 5.88 acres. The project includes four towers with a total developable area of 2.3 million sq ft, and a state-of-the-art club, 'The Cascades Club', will be developed over 2 acres at an investment of Rs 350 crore. Krisumi aims to achieve a total revenue realization of Rs 4000 crore.
