The theft occurred at 6:10 a.m. on June 21 outside a deli at 3427 3rd Ave. The suspect is described as a male with a medium build, long beard, last seen wearing black t-shirt, shorts, and sneakers. Surveillance images have been released, and anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
