Godrej conglomerate families form council after April realignment, establishing Crishna family office led by Smita and daughters.

The families of Jamshyd Godrej and Smita Crishna are forming a family council after the conglomerate's business realignment in April. The Crishna branch will also establish a family office led by Smita Crishna and her daughters Freyan and Nyrika, with Nyrika as head. The conglomerate was split into two groups - Godrej Enterprises Group (GEG) for siblings Jamshyd Godrej and Smita Crishna, and Godrej Industries Group (GIG) for brothers Adi and Nadir.
