Dead dog found in sealed pet carrier in Susquehanna River; Marysville PD investigates animal abuse case.
A dead dog was found in a sealed pet carrier weighted down with a block in the Susquehanna River near Marysville. The Marysville Police Department is investigating this case of animal abuse and asking for public assistance in finding the perpetrator. The remains of a small to medium breed dog were found in an advanced state of decomposition inside the plastic carrier.
