Cobargo Community Access Centre, initially a bushfire relief center, closes June 30 after 4.5 years of support.

The Cobargo Community Access Centre, initially set up as the Cobargo Bushfire Relief Centre following a devastating fire, will close its doors on June 30. Centre co-founder Chris Walters expressed mixed feelings about the closure, acknowledging the significant progress made in meeting community needs, while also recognising the ongoing recovery journey for some residents.
