A man was shot in a targeted attack in regional Victoria, Ballarat, in the early hours of Monday. Police arrived at the Sebastopol address around 1:30am and found a man with a suspected gunshot wound. He was transported to the hospital. The Armed Crime Squad is investigating the incident, and police believe there is no threat to any other person. The victim's condition remains unclear.
