56-year-old stabbing victim drives while injured, causing head-on crash at NE 102nd Ave & NE Sacramento St in Portland. The man, with serious injuries, swerved into oncoming lanes before the crash. Both drivers sustained injuries; the man was stabilized at the hospital, while the other driver's condition is unknown.
