25-year-old model Sofia Richie shared a rare photo of her newborn daughter, Eloise Samantha Grainge, on her Instagram story. The snapshot showed baby Eloise holding Sofia's hand in a white onesie adorned with pink rabbits, just one day after the baby turned one month old. Richie and her husband, Elliot Grainge, welcomed their first child on May 20th.
