29-year-old Kansas man, Matthew Massek, was arrested after a traffic stop near SW 21st Street and SW Topeka Boulevard for a registration violation. During the stop, the sheriff's deputy discovered illegal drugs, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a firearm. Massek has been charged with possession of a stimulant, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, a registration violation, and criminal use of weapons.
