40-year-old man dies, 60-year-old hospitalised after diving incident in Co Donegal, Ireland on 22nd June.

One man died and another was hospitalised after a diving tragedy in Co Donegal, Ireland. The incident occurred at 12:40 pm on June 22nd in Teelin Bay, where a local diving event was taking place. Two men, aged 40s and 60s, were recovered from the water. The 40-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene, while the 60-year-old was rushed to University Hospital Galway for treatment. Local coroner Dr Denis McCauley has been informed of the incident, and a post-mortem is scheduled. Emergency services, including the Killybegs Coast Guard and the Coast Guard's Rescue 118, participated in the rescue operation.
