59-year-old Absecon man Joseph Stetser was killed after his motorcycle crashed into a guardrail on East Moss Mill Road in Galloway late Saturday night. The accident occurred around midnight on June 22, and Stetser was pronounced dead at the scene. An investigation showed that Stetser was traveling westbound when he struck the guardrail, and no witnesses were present. The accident remains under investigation.
