A wildfire has ignited near Harrison Hot Springs, BC, in hills west of Hot Springs Road, and is currently out of control, not responding to firefighting efforts. One BC Wildfire Service crew and officer are on the scene, east of Dogwood Park. The Harrison Hot Springs Fire Department is prepared to assist if needed. The nearby southwest Miami Creek wildfire has been controlled.
