Charlotte, a UOW mechanical engineering student, lost personal items and furniture due to water in her sub-ground level room. The house's downstairs areas flooded four times, and her bedroom was affected thrice. The five-bedroom, one-bathroom house is being advertised for rent again at $990/week.
