I-90 closed in Austin due to flooding; widespread flooding reported throughout southeastern Minnesota after torrential rains since Friday. Spring Valley Creek surged, causing major flooding in Fillmore County community; Highway 63 in Spring Valley and Highway 61 south of Winona also closed. A flood warning has been issued for portions of Rochester along the South Fork of the Zumbro River.
