Odisha's BJP government has submitted a memorandum to the Centre requesting increased funds for infrastructure development, expansion of Paradip port, establishment of a second AIIMS in Sambalpur, and completion of National Highways projects. Deputy Chief Minister KV Singh Deo presented the memorandum during a meeting of state finance ministers before the Union Budget.
