Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards has signed House Bill 458 into law, exempting LDWF enforcement vehicles from window tinting regulations. As a result, the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) can now "blackout" the windows on their units, similar to other agencies in the state. This change is intended to protect those who occupy the vehicles while serving and protecting communities.
