Kansas City Missouri Police Department introduces first "soft interview room" in Missouri, designed for sexual assault survivors. Room, a part of trauma-informed care, features new carpet, lighting, furniture, and artwork funded by Police Foundation of Kansas City, aiming to provide a safe, comfortable environment. Texas-based nonprofit Project Beloved: The Molly Jane Mission installed the soft-care room.
