India's second-richest person, Gautam Adani, received a total remuneration of Rs 9.26 crore in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, which is lower than many industry peers and certain key executives within his conglomerate. Adani, 61, drew his salary from only two out of the ten companies in his group. His salary is lower than the heads of most large family-owned conglomerates in India.
