42-year-old Jorge Najera was arrested by Hendersonville police for allegedly lying about being abducted. The investigation into his disappearance led to charges of making false reports. Najera later admitted to fabricating the abduction, and is set to appear in Sumner County General Sessions Court on July 5. Police are requesting anyone with information to call the Hendersonville Police Department.
