26-year-old Javon Thorpe from Toronto was arrested for four counts of assault in connection to three incidents in downtown Toronto, where he allegedly punched two women and a man in the back of the head before fleeing. Thorpe appeared in court at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre on June 21. Police are investigating these random attacks and are urging potential victims to come forward.
