17-year-old Jackie Jackson III was fatally shot at The Banks in Cincinnati early Saturday morning. Police found him with a gunshot wound near Marian Spencer Way and Freedom Way at 2:15 a.m. and took him to UC Medical Center, where he died. A firearm was recovered, but no suspect is in custody. Witnesses were questioned, and the Cincinnati Police Department's Homicide Unit is investigating.
