Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister announces Vande Metro operation between Indore and Ujjain by 2028.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav announced that Vande Metro trains will operate between Indore and Ujjain ahead of the Simhastha Kumbh Mela in 2028. The decision was made in a meeting to discuss significant measures, including a new traffic plan for major cities in Madhya Pradesh. The metro project in Bhopal and Indore is expected to be completed by 2027, and by 2031, over 4 lakh people will travel in the metro daily.
