The Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival cancels the Balloon Glow event scheduled for tomorrow due to potential strong storms. Executive Director Karol Shepherd expressed gratitude to sponsors, volunteers, and participants for their efforts preparing for the event, and assured that they will bring other exciting and safe activities in the coming weeks. The Balloon Glow will not be rescheduled for this year.
