Agege Local Government in Lagos has suspended school food vendors & launched a sensitization campaign to prevent cholera outbreak. Council Chairman, Alhaji Ganiyu Egunjobi, mentioned the importance of maintaining food safety & personal hygiene, with inspections of schools for a healthy environment. This follows 24 deaths & 417 cases of cholera in Lagos, as the disease spreads to 30+ states across Nigeria.
