17-year-old Yura Varybrus has been jailed for life with a minimum of 16 years for murdering 17-year-old Charlie Cosser in a crowded dancefloor at a summer party in Warnham, West Sussex. Varybrus stabbed Cosser three times in the chest after being asked to leave the party. He was convicted by jurors of murder and having a bladed article following a trial at Brighton Crown Court. Judge Christine Henson KC lifted restrictions on naming Varybrus after applications by the press.
