61-year-old high-risk sex offender Ronald Scott Thompson, under supervision for drug offenses, is being sought by the Fargo Parole, Probation, and Pretrial Services Office as his GPS bracelet is not functioning. Thompson, who was last located in Grand Forks, ND, has a history of gross sexual imposition. The public is asked to contact local law enforcement or the office with any information about his whereabouts.
