6-year-old nonverbal boy Marcel Traoren was found critically injured in water in Dundalk on June 21 after a search was launched following his reported disappearance. The child was taken to Bayview Hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police had initially canvassed the area after receiving a call for service in reference to the missing child. The search expanded to Lynch Cove, where the boy was discovered.
