26-year-old driver of a BMW crashed into a parked Kia Carnival in Langford, BC, on June 16. The West Shore RCMP reported the driver failed a sobriety test and cannabis was found in the vehicle. The driver received a $368 ticket for driving without due care and attention, a $230 ticket for possessing cannabis, a 24-hour driving prohibition, and his car was impounded.
