UMass men's basketball coach Frank Martin signed a two-year contract extension through the 2028-29 season. In his first season, he led the Minutemen to a 15-16 record and 20-11 in the following season, their most wins in a decade. The contract extension includes raises for Martin and his staff. The team will transition from the Atlantic 10 to the Mid-American Conference in 2025-26.
