4218 sqm Orange Regional Conservatorium site in CBD approved for residential redevelopment.
The Orange Regional Conservatorium will be sold for demolition and redevelopment into residential housing. The 4218 square metre site at 73a Hill Street in Orange's CBD is approved for residential construction. Mayor Jason Hamling states that the location is ideal for apartment buildings, potentially attracting retirees or young adults, and could contribute to the city's social and economic development.
